Diplo x Gucci Mane “Free Gucci”
If you’ve ever stepped foot into our store, then you may have noticed that we are big fans of hip-hop, trip-hop, electro, indie, and everything in between. Our playlist consists of everything from the late Notorious B.I.G, the sample-genius DJ Shadow, the sappy verses of Death Cab For Cutie, the tempo-shifting Bloc Party, to the up-and-coming Oklahoma native Jabee. We appreciate good music.
With that said, John Shogun shared this with me the other night knowing that we were both fans of the DJ / Producer Diplo. Diplo rounded up a few friends to produce and remix a few tracks from Gucci Mane’s “Cold War” series of mixtapes.
