The guys from Deadstock are at it again – KIXPO 2011 is THIS Saturday at one of the largest stadiums known to man THE COWBOYS STADIUM in Arlington. Looks like they are pulling out all the stops to ensure that this year will be THE most successful one to date. If you are unsure what KIXPO is read the flyer below for details.

SHOGUN and the crew will be in attendance – as usual we will have a booth along side some of the biggest and best names in the streetwear game. We will be having special release at KIXPO to hold everyone over until the SHOGUN SUMMER 2011 COLLECTION is available – We also may be releasing a color way of a certain “Title Run” that we cant seem to keep in stock at KIXPO as well. There will be special ONE day prices on all items that are available at KIXPO this Saturday!

First and foremost, we would like to thank everybody who braved the inclement weather to attend the festivities of the All-Star Sneakend at the House of Blues in Dallas! The turn out was great! If you weren’t able to make it out, you were definitely missing out on meeting some of the coolest people such as Fran “Franalations” Marchello and seeing some serious HEAT. Here is a short picture recap of some of the things going on around the event!

All-Star Sneakend 2010

We all know the Metroplex known as DFW has been privileged to be the city host of the NBA All-Star Weekend this year. With the NBA All-Star events happening all around Dallas, Fort Worth, and Arlington, what better way and time is there to promote another BIG sneaker event?

The Dead Stock and Heat Seekers crew are good friends of ours at SHOGUN. Many of you may be familiar with the Dead Stock crew. They are the same group of guys that have presented KIXPO for the last several years, an annual sneaker and streetwear convention in Dallas, Texas. Alongside with the Heat Seekers crew, they are prepared to present the All-Star Sneakend!

The All-Star Sneakend is going to be operated much like KIXPO with many folks displaying their collections of exclusive, hard-to-get sneakers, otherwise known as HEAT! There will also be plenty of raffle prizes such as a pair of the “Dallas” edition Nike Air Force 1s designed specifically for the 2010 NBA All-Star Game, and many more items that are sure to keep you possessively chanting the numbers on your tickets.

SHOGUN is a proud sponsor of the event. Look for most of the SHOGUN fam to be there as well as a new SHOGUN t-shirt exclusive to the event! Mavs fans won’t be disappointed!

FFB Series 2 Release Party Recap

For those of you that don’t know, your friendly neighborhood Fur Face Boy had a release party at the shop this past Saturday. It’s been awesome watching the FFB grow as he expands his brand around the WORLD! This guy puts in hard work in his craft, from meeting his fans and writing personal letters in each of his online orders…if you don’t believe me click [HERE]…oh yea his designs are ill too!

We had a great turn out, the FFB x Shogun Tees sold out in a matter of minutes! Shouts out to the Deadstock crew, the Unkommon Kolor guys, our homie’s Pete & Bev from Sugarlush Cupcakes, DJ Niro, Centre, and Heatseakers Fam for all coming out and supporting the shop and this brand called FUR FACE BOY!
